Shipping & Returns

• Standard (US): 3–5 business days, free on orders over $150, otherwise $12
• Express (US): 1–2 business days, $22
• International: 7–12 business days, rates calculated at checkout

Orders placed before 1pm EST ship the same business day. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the atelier. You can also check order status any time from your account dashboard.

Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. For hygiene reasons, briefs, bodysuits and any item with a hygiene liner can only be returned if that liner is intact and unremoved.

• We'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day
• Drop your package at any carrier location — refunds process within 5–7 business days of us receiving it

Need a different size or colour? Note it in your return email and we'll prioritise shipping the replacement as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier, rather than waiting for it to arrive back at the atelier.

Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are final sale and not eligible for return, unless faulty.
